Can Member Care team add OSN+ to customers from the Support Tool?

No, the Support Tool will not support the feature for the addition of OSN+ to a customer that requests it. Member care should inform customers to go to the app to activate their OSN+ promo. However, Support tool will display the OSN+ package if the customer has availed it.
