What is the credit limit?

It is the limit provided to customer to purchase additional services like (roaming data, international minutes, data booster, etc.). Virgin mobile KSA customers will be granted 20% of their switch postpaid plan price as credit limit.

Example:
– A customer subscribes to the Switch postpaid plan at 120 SAR. The default credit limit will be calculated as 120 SAR * 20% = 24 SAR.

Customers can increase their credit limit by making the necessary payment through Virgin Mobile application. Additionally, they can decrease their credit limit by calling the member care number in 1789.
Any consumed amount from the credit limit will be added to the monthly invoice including VAT.
